A Farm Environment Plan is required for any Higher Level Stewardship application to Natural England. EECOS has completed FEPs for a range of successful HLS applications covering various habitats and farming methods and for well established Land Agents. We have also completed FEPs and HLS applications for Essex Wildlife Trust reserves including Tiptree Heath.
Our involvement ranges from completing the FEP documents, to assisting with the HLS form itself, considering the management options which best encourage wildlife whilst maximising farm payments. We’ll work with the farmer or land owner to develop a scheme that provides the best economic and ecological proposal.
We can also carry out baseline species surveys, such as mapping breeding bird territories, to feed into FEPs completed by other agents, providing important supporting information to present the best case to Natural England.
If you require a quote please send an email to us at email@example.com including a brief description of what is proposed, timescales, site plans and any correspondence received from the Local Planning Authority. Alternatively you can contact us in the office on 01621 862986. We can carry out Farm Environment Plan surveys in Essex and surrounding counties, including Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Kent and London.
